My Month of Assurance! Ps55:23

We are going through so many things right now, situations that make us cry, shocks that stress us, trials that scare us, we are constantly in stress and in fear.
Each of us has our fears and sometimes it’s stronger than us.
We sometimes wonder why we find it so hard to leave our problems at the Lord’s feet.
We prefer to fear men, we allow ourselves to be intimidated by their positions, we allow ourselves to be manipulated by their influences, we allow ourselves to be distracted by their relationships and we very clearly deviate from the essential.
Feeling weak and afraid is understandable, even people whom God has used mightily in the word have gone through periods of fear.
Being afraid is not of God, it sometimes comes from bad thought patterns, bad experiences, erroneous visions we have of the Lord…
But the Lord encourages us this morning not to let ourselves be defeated, we must learn to conquer fear and to trust in God, to rely on God.
Deuteronomy, 31:8 – The LORD himself will go before you, he himself will be with you, he will not leave you, he will not forsake you; Don’t show fear, and don’t show fear.
Don’t be afraid of men!
Who can oppose us when the Lord is our shield?
The verse confirms the victory to us, we do not need to hesitate, the victory belongs to us.
The passage tells us that the Almighty precedes us in everything we do.
The Lord does not tell us that he will send his servants or his angels, he says that he himself in all his glory rises from his throne to make our palaver.
With such assurance, why doubt?
Why be scared?
The Lord of Hosts descends into battle and gives us not only the solutions but also the victory.
We are more than winners.
So let’s dance for Jesus!
