My Month Of Opportunity! Eccl9:11

To do good is not to do evil.
It’s showing solidarity, it’s helping, it’s loving, it’s taking action in favor of others, it’s being generous with your time and money, it’s reaching out to the needy.. .
When a person is in need and we have the capacity to provide for them and that person is not worthy of our support, let us not hesitate, do not wait, do not withhold our help.
The Lord will bless us for our help, but if we frustrate that person and keep them waiting, our gift will not be blessed the way it should be.
Let’s not tell a poor person to come back tomorrow when we have enough to give, it’s a lack of love, it’s a lack of honesty.
Let’s learn to seize the opportunities that come our way to give.
Give without reserve,
give freely,
Give without hesitation,
Give because God will give back.
Today’s instruction is very clear: Don’t miss an opportunity to do good!
Proverbs 3:27 – Do not withhold a benefit from those who are entitled to it, when you have the power to grant it.
This passage can disturb us, how to know who has the right to deserve benevolence or not?
This text sends us to ask God for wisdom in order to discern his will as to how to put this word into practice.
Here is the start of the school year, we are asked to do good, to help our neighbor, to support orphans, the abandoned.
But how do you know who to help one person rather than another?
This verse does not ask us to neglect our commitments made before the Lord or to flee our responsibilities but it challenges us to manage well what God gives us in terms of money and time.
This is why we must make good choices so that what we sow bears fruit for the glory of God.
We must do good to those around us but also be attentive to our brothers in faith so that we can meet their needs in case of necessity.
Beloved, from the moment we are aware of a difficulty of a brother even if we cannot support everyone, we must put ourselves before the Lord in order to know what our share of the work is.
Let us not tire of doing good, let us protect the assisted, feed the oppressed, do justice to the orphans and defend the widow.
Then we will be blessed when we leave, we will be blessed when we arrive.
hello all
Have a good day
