My Month Of Stability! Ps62:2

Under the direction of the Lord, Moses sent twelve spies to explore the land of Canaan that the Lord was giving to the people of Israel,
Each man from the tribes of their fathers was to be a representative.
The purpose of this mission was to see the land, what it was like and the people who lived there, whether they were strong or weak, whether they were few or many, whether they were good or bad, whether the cities were open or fortified.
They were to go up and report on what they found.
According to them, the land of Canaan is a land flowing with milk and honey, and they have shown their fruits.
But they also wanted to warn the others that the inhabitants were giants, they were powerful, they were strong, and they began to discourage the people from the fact that they would be heading straight for the defeat of the conquest.
Israel listened to them and the murmuring began against Moses.
Caleb silenced them while exhorting them of all the possibilities of victory.
But the others gave up, seeing that Anak’s men were stronger than they were.
They decried in front of the children of Israel, seeing themselves as too small and too weak to face these tall people.
We tell this story to tell ourselves that when the Lord makes us a promise, we must stand firm and believe it.
Moses sent his people because he thought he had understood that the Lord only does what is best for us,
Moses thought that after seeing the wonders and miracles worked by the Lord, Israel could no longer hesitate about the power of their God.
Great was his surprise when the report was negative and Israel believed it, he allowed himself to be intimidated by the lifeless words of the men of Israel.
Where has our faith gone, people of Israel?
How can we go to confirm a blessing but others manage to make us doubt God’s word?
Have we already forgotten in such a short time what the Lord has done for us?
Let’s get to know the one we serve,
Let us draw a little closer to the one we worship,
He is faithful,
He is the one who is always sure to do what he has said,
His word is Yes and Amen.
The things of Egypt cannot make us stagger,
vain words cannot seduce us.
Let us have faith in our Lord.
Let us be positioned in our walk,
It is not at the slightest opportunity that we must leave the presence of God, nor is it because of difficulties that we must leave everything.
Let us keep our eyes fixed on the Lord.
He is our rock.
Pray that no one will succeed in making your faith unstable.
Colossians, 2:8 – Take heed that no one makes a prey of you through philosophy and vain deceit, relying on the tradition of men, on the rudiments of the world, and not on Christ.
Let us beware of people who think they have mastered the scriptures, yet they are only sympathisers with the word.
Let us beware of people who encourage us to skew our Christian faith in favour of false reasoning.
It is what God says that should interest us,
It is the will of Jesus that must triumph over all the flattery that the world offers us.
Let the Lord teach us his ways so that we don’t fall into the world’s system.
Good day to you all
Good day to you
