My Month of Wisdom ! Pr3:13

Let’s not boast too much about having our positions of responsibility or degrees, that’s not the way to judge our wisdom.
We can have a good position, influence, but that does not make us wise.
Here was Saul who didn’t know he was wearing the mantle of kingship, he was busy with other things until the prophet Samuel met him searching for his father’s lost donkeys.
Israel wanted a king and the Lord set his sights on Saul.
The Bible tells us that Samuel anointed him, but only Saul could not maintain his status,
he didn’t know how to surrender to the Lord,
he did not understand that it is the Lord who propels,
he did not refrain from silencing his flesh to let the will of God speak,
He did not let the Lord tame him, break him and then fill him.
He wanted to make him, he thought his throne was stable and could not be overthrown.
Saul allowed himself to be manipulated by his self-centred and proud impulses, he did not know how to listen to instruction, he did not know how to let the Lord take control, he allowed his environment to influence and destroy him.
Why did he do this?
He did not fear God.
The scriptures are very clear on this, it is the fear of God that opens the door to knowledge and wisdom.
If Saul wanted to have depth in his thoughts, he had to depend on his creator, otherwise he places the limits before him.
God’s wisdom is not for fools, it is not for people who do not fear God, nor is it for people who do not obey Him, who do not love Him, who do not consider His commandments.
Even when Saul made mistakes and was aware of them, he did not stop to wait for the Father, he continued.
Saul lacked wisdom so he did not know how to be humble, he always thought he was above others.
Without wisdom, Saul could not realise his weaknesses, nor the lowliness of his spirit.
Let us just know that the fear of the Lord triggers the process of wisdom in us, allows us to reframe ourselves, not to cross the limits.
Wisdom is better than the science we acquire in school through books or lectures.
Wisdom is not being a scholar, nor a genius or a drunken head, it is not even cunning.
Wisdom is life.
Father, give us the ability to discern good from evil,
Give us the judgment to see what is right and just.
Proverbs 9:10 – The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord.
Pray to grow in the knowledge and fear of the Lord.
We are not natural men, we cannot do what we please without seeking the will of God, we are the ones set apart for the kingdom.
Let us act in such a way that our Lord is pleased with his servants.
Good morning to all
Good day to you
