My Month Of Promotion! 1Sam2:8

The Lord will never stop telling us this.
For as long as possible, he will challenge us.
He still talks to us about giving,
we don’t like it,
It irritates us.
When we hear the word give
we say to ourselves,
there they go again, they’re always talking about money…
Giving,
it’s not just money,
it’s love,
it’s compassion, it’s time,
it’s service…
We say that we give, but the Lord says that it’s not enough,
the Father tells us that we can do better or more.
If we give our leftovers, we are contemptuous,
If we give what we have no use for, we are foolish…
We must give what we like to have.
We only reap what we sow…
We must be in the image of our God,
He loved the world so much that he gave his one and only.
Love goes hand in hand with giving…
What do we give to those we say we love?
Giving is a covenant.
How many times have we made a commitment to go to orphanages or leprosaria?
How many times have we decided to be generous with those in need?
What gestures have we made to relieve a sick person or to redeem a life?
Individualism is not what the Lord expects of his children,
He wants brotherhood,
he wants union,
He wants communion…
So if we take one step, the Lord invites us to take five.
We must get out of our comfort zone and aspire to excellence.
Yaweh is not talking about the giving we do with advertising,
he’s not talking about the giving that keeps our neighbour captive.
He’s talking about helping to lead someone to their destiny,
He’s talking about helping to know our identity in Christ.
Giving satisfies God’s heart.
Pray for promotion in the way you give to the needy.
Isaiah, 58:10 – If you give your own food to the hungry, If you satisfy the needy soul, Your light will rise over the darkness, And your darkness will be like the noonday.
When we share what we have with those who are in want,
no obstacle will hinder our blessing.
Being generous to the needy gives us access to glory.
Depriving ourselves to feed the hungry touches God, who in turn gives us victory in all our trials.
Father, help us to always give help and assistance to the poorest.
Give us happiness by giving to so many of the world’s unfortunates.
Good day to you all
Good day to you
