My Month Of Promotion! 1Sam2:8

On this last day of the month of promotion
the Lord would like to remind us of something important.
We are heading towards the end of the year and we tend to forget the nature of God,
his immensity,
his greatness towards us.
We claim that Jesus is our saviour, but we don’t really know who he is.
Jesus delivered us from the slavery of the dark world,
he made us heirs of the light.
God staked everything on his only son,
he sent him to the cross to take away our curses due to our disobedience.
We need to know that we have a redeemer,
there is someone who chose us and agreed to pay the price for us, no one else could do it for us,
it’s a price that guarantees us salvation, eternal life.
He paid the ransom that the enemy demanded for our lives,
he delivered us,
he saved us,
he has set us free.
We have the assurance that he who redeemed us lives.
So we have nothing to fear.
He has given us value.
Isaiah, 47:4 – Our Redeemer is he who is called the Lord of hosts, the Holy One of Israel. –
Celebrate him who redeems you from stagnation ans gives you promotion.
There is something personal between us and this redeemer,
a sense of belonging.
He is the one who avenges,
He is the liberator,
He is the redeemer.
He is the lion of the tribe of Judah,
He is the son of David.
He is alive and he has brought us out of the frustrations in which we were engulfed.
So for this victory we must shout for joy,
We must sing new songs,
Our lips will never again lack praise.
We must celebrate the King of kings.
He is faithful and his word is Yes and Amen.
