My Month Of Possession! Job42:12

God challenges us again and again about almsgiving.
He draws our attention to giving.
He wants us to learn to be generous.
He wants us to learn to have love for others,
He recommends that we be sensitive to the needs of others.
Many times we have walked past a needy person with a basket in front of them and we have done nothing to help them because they are going to rob us.
Many of us look down our noses at those who enter our churches to ask for food, but we push them away because of the crowd, their carelessness, their smell…
We just want to share our goods with those we know,
we want to contribute to the lives of those we have as family.
We ask ourselves, if we behave like this, what happens to the poor?
What happens to the homeless we refuse to take under our roofs?
What about the widows and orphans?
Almsgiving is mercy.
It means giving what you have,
of your time,
your love,
your money to help others.
The Lord wants us to do this with joy all the time,
he also wants us to be discreet, not Christians who give and call the television to come and confirm their gifts,
not the children of God who, after making a gesture of affection, want everyone to know about it and cheer them on.
Almsgiving is not giving in exchange for social recognition, it is simply giving as the Lord asks.
Proverbs, 11:24 – A man who gives generously becomes richer, and a man who spares only becomes poorer.
Give aims without slacking off.
This is an instruction from the Lord.
Let us not stop doing good,
it is one of the principles of prosperity.
If we sow abundantly, we shall reap abundantly.
He who does not invest cannot multiply.
So let’s be generous.
Let us share with the needy and the Lord will bless us in return.
Good day to you all
Good day to you all
