My Month Of Sharing ! He13:16

The Lord wants to draw our attention to a fact that we neglect all the time, or that we think we are taking care of, but lightness creeps in over time.
Orphans, those people who are weak, poor sometimes, vulnerable.
Those people who no longer have their parents and have become needy.
How many times have we abused these children?
How many times have we enslaved them?
How many times have we used them as traffickers or as prostitutes?
How many times have we taken advantage of their naivety?
We do not care for them, we do not depend on them, we do not care about them.
We have rather mistreated them, we are so indifferent to their fate and sometimes we have even misappropriated their inheritance.
But the Lord warns us, woe to those who have the courage to touch the orphan, it is to God himself that these people will give account.
God defends them and he would like those who call themselves his children to do the same and support them.
The Bible tells us that we are sentinels, we must watch over each other.
The other is our responsibility and vice versa.
So let us be a source of blessing to the homeless.
The story tells us that a woman among women, a prophet’s wife, a widow, found herself in a lot of trouble after her husband died.
It was so difficult that the creditor came to take her two sons and make them slaves.
Elisha understands the situation of this woman, he is aware that they are weak souls and he also knows that widows and orphans are not people the Lord plays with.
God is the husband of the widows and the father of the orphans so as a man of God he must participate in the healing of this family.
The Bible says that the prophet Elisha released a word into her life, he gave her instruction and she saw the blessing come into her home.
We can do good to one person as well, we are in the middle of the end of the year, we can do charitable deeds to others in need, we can open our doors to the needy, we can share our table, our love with others.
This is what the Lord expects from each of us.
Job, 29:12 – For I saved the poor who cried out for help, And the fatherless who lacked support.
Be blessing to an orphan!
This is what Job did, he put works to his faith, he was sensitive, he had his heart in his hand, always ready to help others.
Whenever someone needed help or lacked strength, Job was always there.
So let’s copy good habits.
And let us share what we have with people in need.
