My Month Of Prayers ! 1Pe4:7

Our God is a God of justice, so it is normal that we are revolted against injustice.
And when this injustice affects us, the pain is greater and our first reflex is to defend ourselves.
So, if it is already difficult for us to digest indifference, how is it possible for us to bless those who hurt us or to pray for our enemies?
It’s just unthinkable, yet it’s God’s word to us, it’s God’s will.
Sometimes we experience so much oppression around us that we think God is not there, we feel that he has abandoned us, that he has turned away from us.
Perhaps we are victims of false rumours,
we experience injustice at work, at school or even at home,
we are subjected to gratuitous malice, sometimes even insulted for our faith.
Take heart, God hears our prayers.
John, 14:13 – and whatever you ask in my name, I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
Pray for those who hurt you.
We don’t always know how to ask in Jesus’ name.
We dare not ask in that name because we think we are profaning.
But let us know that in order to honour the word of God, we must beg the Lord to take away the pain in our hearts, and especially to help us not to hate our enemies.
We betrayed Jesus, but in all his love and tenderness, he delivered us,
he forgave us,
he restored us.
Even when Peter was arrested, he cut off the ear of one of Jesus’ detractors, but it was the Lord himself who glued back on the ear of the one who was supposed to be his enemy.
Anyway, it’s not obvious but you and I need to be mature and call on the Father to bless our wrongdoers.
Hello to all
Good day to you
