My Month Of Prayers ! 1Pe4:7

Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebecca as his wife.
The Bible tells us that she could not have children, she was barren.
The principle of multiplication could not be realised in their home.
The story teaches us that Isaac did not sit back, he was not content with his situation, he did not sit back and mope.
Isaac knew his father’s God, he knew that the God of his father’s house is faithful and that he always gives what is desired according to his word.
So he decided to take moments of intimacy with the Lord, he established a genuine communion with Yaweh, he called upon the Lord, he insisted, he persisted and the Lord came down.
The sky opened and the blessing located them.
Let us not allow the sight to discourage us, let us not allow the thoughts of men to distort our own, let us not allow the eyes of others to make us doubt the promise.
God’s word tells us that Isaac pleaded with the Lord for his wife, for she was barren, and the Lord heard him.
Beloved, Isaac had a covenant with the Lord, he trusted in his God.
He did not ask Rebecca his wife to pray, he paid the price himself, it was always he who made the sacrifice and the Lord entered the scene.
1 John, 5:15 – And if we know that he hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the thing that we have asked of him.
Pray with assurance that the Lord will listen to you and hear you.
The surest way to know if we are praying according to God’s will is to pray according to his word.
Let us use the scriptures to support what we pray for.
Our requests are not always in line with God’s will, so let’s ask him to grant us what he wants and help us to accept his decision.
Let us put our trust in God if we do not want to be disappointed.
Let us not be satisfied with words, let us conform to the word so that our prayer is effective.
Our faith grows as we learn about God’s word.
The more Bible verses we know, the more powerful our prayers will be.
Let’s go back to reading God’s word, it will help us to be fulfilled.
Good morning to all
Good day to you
