My Month Of Laughter! Es8:16

One day, God sent his servant on a mission.
He ordered him to get up and go to Nineveh, the great city, and to cry out against it because their wickedness had increased.
Jonah refused, and fled to Tarshish, far from the face of the Lord.
During the journey, because Jonah had disobeyed, God made a strong wind blow across the sea.
A great storm arose on the sea,
and the ship threatened to sink.
Everyone became frightened, and lots were cast to decide who would be responsible for this uproar.
Jonah was chosen.
To avoid death, the intruder must be removed, and Jonah was thrown into the sea to restore calm.
The Lord sent for a great fish to swallow Jonah up, and he stayed in the belly of the fish for three days and three nights.
In his distress, Jonah called on the name of the Lord and the Lord answered him.
He promised the Lord to offer him sacrifices with thanksgiving.
The Lord spoke to the fish, and the fish vomited Jonah out onto the land.
This is how Jonah went to Nineveh to evangelise.
Through him, the people of Nineveh believed in God,
they declared a fast and put on sackcloth.
They turned from their evil ways, and God repented of the evil he had intended to do to them, but he did not do it.
Beloved, God is concerned about our salvation, evangelism has a great place in God’s heart, it is a priority.
Luke, 15:10 – Likewise, I tell you, there is joy before the angels of God over one sinner who repents.
Pray to be the author of a celebration in heaven.
Heaven is rejoicing,
a celebration is organised,
the angels of God are mobilised for a single soul who trusts in the Lord.
So let us be among those who bring salvation, repentance and restoration to those in need.
Good morning to you all
Good day to you
