My Month Of Strengthening! Ps125:1

We bless the Lord for this special gift.
Our joy overflows and we want to celebrate his majesty for the manifestation of his love.
Receive the honour, Yaya.
Again this morning, we are at your feet to receive from you.
For a long time we have claimed to be Christians, but we have never really been disciples.
Being a Christian is a spontaneous affair, without any real depth, it’s just recognising that Jesus is Saviour and Lord, that’s all.
Becoming a disciple, on the other hand, is a process, it means being a learner, an apprentice, a pupil.
Being a disciple is a lifelong commitment,
it’s a responsibility greater than that of a Christian, it’s dedication to imitating Christ all the time.
To be a disciple is to give without compromise, it is a total investment.
Christians are everywhere, but disciples are those who follow and obey the Lord.
To be a disciple is to have authority, it is a call, it is a decision.
A disciple is someone who follows, trusts and believes in a teacher,
it’s having a relationship with your teacher.
The disciple is ready to sacrifice and abandon everything to serve his master.
In Matthew 4: “From that time Jesus began to preach, saying, ‘Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
*As he walked along the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon, called Peter, and Andrew, his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen.
*He said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.
*Immediately they left the nets and followed him.
*He went on from there, and saw two other brothers, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who were in a boat with their father Zebedee, mending their nets.
*He called them, and immediately they left the boat and their father and followed him.
These were people who had their own activities, but they met him who gives life in abundance, who provides for everything,
they believed in him and did not hesitate to cling to the source.
In no way were they afraid of being disappointed; even doubt had no place, because the assurance of the word did not come from a man.
Luke, 22:32 – But I have prayed for you, that your faith may not fail; and you, when you are converted, strengthen your brothers.
Pray to become a strong disciple.
If we are to become true disciples, we must learn to rely solely on God, not to trust in our own strength and abilities.
Every day, we must work for our heavenly inheritance so that our joy is perfect.
Good morning to you all
Good day to you all
