My Month Of Strengthening! Ps125:1

When the Lord himself rises to raise the subject of false doctrines, each of us has to pull up his chair to listen carefully and question himself.
It is very serious, we listen to so many teachings that we have strayed from the truth.
We have abandoned our spiritual values to align ourselves with worldly thoughts.
Divorce today is no longer a scandal because the devil has succeeded in making us realise that it is not an end in itself, that love and submission depend on our moods.
Another system of thought has demystified sex, and many believe that living in disorder is equal to freedom and fulfilment.
Another debate that continues to cause a stir is that of tithing.
When it comes to tithing, everyone comes up with their own revelations to explain to God what he himself has ordained.
In any case, if we are Christians and we don’t know the truth, it’s our fault.
God has made his instructions available to everyone.
The truth, true doctrine, is based solely on the whole of the Bible, not just parts that we choose to conclude a revelation.
Each of us has a responsibility to seek and learn the word of God.
Many are in error, they are vulnerable, they have regressed because they have also chosen not to trust the Lord,
they refuse to give up control of their lives to the Father who knows everything.
The church itself is not spared from false reasoning; it leads many into seduction and protects certain empty speeches.
In Revelation 2, “But I have something against you, because you have there those who hold the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to set a stumbling block before the children of Israel, that they should eat things sacrificed to idols and commit fornication.
*In the same way, you also have people who hold to the doctrine of the Nicolaitans.
*If not, I will come to you soon and fight them with the sword of my mouth.
But what I have against you is that you let the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, * teach and seduce my servants to commit fornication and to eat things sacrificed to idols.* I have given her time, and she is a prophetess.
*I gave her time to repent, but she will not repent of her fornication.
*Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and will send great tribulation on those who commit adultery with her, unless they repent of their deeds.
*I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he who searches the reins and hearts, and I will give to each one of you according to your deeds.
God judges, condemns, rejects and denies all those who trample on his word.
Beloved, we must actively pray for discernment, to distinguish between what is evil and what is good in this wicked world.
Paul warns us against accepting other doctrines.
Let us be vigilant, firm, steadfast in carefully guarding the Holy Scriptures.
Hebrews, 13:9 – Do not be led away by various and strange doctrines; for it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace, and not by foods that have done no good to those who have clung to them.
Pray to remain steadfast in the face of false doctrines.
This is a warning not to be carried away by false doctrines.
The purpose of food is to strengthen the body, that’s all, so to strengthen our hearts, we need God’s grace and his word.
Let’s not worship food, it’s just food.
Let’s stop worrying about things that have no real substance and let’s really attach ourselves to the Lord.
