My Month Of Recovery! Ps3:3

Beloved, everyone wants to shine,
everyone is fighting to keep their light alive.
Everyone wants to be seen, to be heard, to be acclaimed; most of us make up our own steps to position ourselves.
Some compromise themselves along the way and expose themselves to confusion.
Others fall into comparisons, jealousy and even pride.
We think we can do it alone and let Jesus rest.
Brothers and sisters, for the light to come to us
we must change our position,
we have to get out of our slippers
we must take a step of faith,
we must keep our eyes fixed on Jesus.
We are in a world that is getting darker and darker,
darkness covers the face of the earth,
people are lost, empty and without direction.
They need help, and the Bible tells us that we are the light of the world,
It’s up to us to reach out to those in need and tell them about Jesus.
He is the true light.
How long will we lie idly by in an unhealthy environment?
This is what the Lord proposes to us.
Isaiah 60:1 – Arise and be enlightened, for your light is coming, and the glory of the Lord is rising over you.
Be ready for God’s glory in your life.
Here is a wake-up call.
*Rise up” = let us stand up,
let us change our position, let us be ready…
*Be enlightened* let us have discernment,
let us come out of blindness,
see as Jesus sees,
let us be a light for others.
For your light is coming: our glory will be seen, our joy will be real, our life will shine forth.
This is good news for all of us,
if we refuse to stand up, we won’t be able to see the abundance, the blessings, the inheritance that is in store for us.
When our light comes, the glory of the Lord locates us and we impact others more and more, doubts are dispelled, darkness is sent away.
Light brings awakening,
Light gives confidence and assurance,
Light imposes comfort and peace.
The Lord shines his light and glory on us to draw others into his fold.
As children of God
let us point others to Jesus, they need it.
Let’s remember that our little glow will make a whole nation shine. And Jesus will be glorified!
