My Month Of Strengthening! Ps125:1

In Genesis 39:
*And it came to pass after these things, that his master’s wife set her eyes on Joseph, and said, Lie with me: and he refused, and said to his master’s wife, Behold, my master hath no knowledge with me in the house, and hath given into my hand all that is his.
*He refused, and said to his master`s wife, “Behold, my master has no knowledge of anything in the house with me, and he has given into my hand all that belongs to him.
*He is no greater in this house than I am, and he has forbidden me nothing but you, because you are his wife. How can I do such a great wrong and sin against God?
*Although she spoke to Joseph every day, he refused to lie with her, to be with her.
*One day he went into the house to do his work, and none of the men of the house was there.
*She took him by his robe, saying, “Lie with me. And he left his garment in her hand and fled outside.*
No matter what we go through, God is with us.
Let us not be discouraged,
let us not be thrown off balance.
Joseph had already suffered too much, and just as he was about to enter his resting place, his master’s wife rose up to seduce him.
He could give in to get the woman’s favour, he could take advantage of the situation to make a profit, but he knew it was sin and he had a covenant with his God, he was in communion with God and he trusted him.
Beloved, the fact that we are going through difficult times should in no way prevent us from thanking God for his protection and provision in our lives.
As long as God is with us, we will not lose the war because we have put our trust in God.
Every time we are put to the test, we are sometimes tempted to give up, to let everything go when it’s time to go for it and cling to the Lord even more.
Obeying God’s word may cost us, but let’s just remember that the Lord is faithful.
Joseph is accused and thrown into prison.
Instead of suffering God’s wrath, Joseph preferred to flee from evil, because the Lord never abandons those who obey him.
Pray that nothing will destabilize you in 2025.
James, 1:12 – Blessed is the man who patiently endures temptation, for after he has been tested he will receive the crown of life, which the Lord has promised to those who love him.
A man’s happiness lies in not giving in to vain things, in not letting bad habits tear him apart.
We have to learn to make wise decisions, to control ourselves and to deal with anything that goes against our expectations.
Let’s learn to say no and run away, there is a price, a blessing, a reward for those who know how to overcome obstacles.
The more we grow with the Lord, the more we are tempted, and even more so, we need to be confident that our Daddy is powerful.
Good day to you all
