My Month Of Perspicacity ! 2Tim2:7

We’re talking about two things this morning: distraction and flattery.
The flatterers are the comedians, the jokers.
They make us trust them and let our guard down, they make us do foolish things.
They caress us calmly and gently.
They comfort us in the morning and stab us in the evening, they are not honest with us.
We have to beware of them, they mean us no good.
Flattery is the weapon used by Satan to chase Adam and Eve out of the Garden of Eden.
Here is a couple who had no problem in their life until Eve the woman listened to a bad root.
Distraction entered.
She let herself be seduced by the fine words of the enemy who succeeded in infiltrating an evil seed into her mind and weakening her faith.
And very quickly, she brought her husband to accompany her in this perdition, she convinced her man of the veracity of the seducer.
The temptation was noticed and they disobeyed the instruction that the Lord had given them.
How many times have we gotten sidetracked?
How many times have we missed our blessings?
What opportunities have we missed because of the pleasant words we have heard?
The Young Prophet in the Bible died gratuitously because, trusting in the experience and maturity of the old prophet, he chose the advice of men rather than the instruction of the Lord.
The old prophet in his seduction recognized the prophetic growth of the little one but was not ready to lose his notoriety, nor to share his glories.
He therefore wove beautiful words to destroy the career of the Young.
What about us then?
How many situations have we found ourselves in because we’re walking around with worried looks?
Attention…
Seduction is topical and distraction is on the throne.
Its two elements destroy the church and break the love between the children of God.
Colossians, 2:4 – I say this so that no one deceives you with seductive talk.
Pray not to be distracted by flatterers.
Paul warns the colossi against seduction.
Let us not give in to the tricks of the enemy and let us not be carried away by all kinds of doctrines.
Let’s hold fast to Christ so that when he returns for the rapture, we’ll be ready.
Let’s stay rooted in Jesus and pray for discernment.
hello to us
Have a good day
