My Month Of Wisdom ! Pr3:13

Here we are once again before you, Father.
We want to greet and honour who you are, O Lord.
We want to surrender to you, Yaweh.
Help us to stop acting like fools.
Give us the ability to discern before anything else.
We refuse to be Nabals who do not know what they want,
We don’t want to be like that rich man who knew nothing of gratitude.
Abigail’s husband knew that the next king was David, he had been informed of the security, the intervention of the psalmist and his team on his property but instead of having an attitude of gratitude towards these people, Nabal despised them, he refused to provide for their hospitality.
Did Nabal need to behave in this way?
Was his help to influence his legacy?
Even for his personal interests, for his business interests, he had to ally himself with David, but he preferred to put his opulence and insolence on the front burner.
Let us be careful how we behave.
Christians are indulging in anything, it is no longer the time to live in compromise,
It is no longer the time to be affiliated with the things of the world.
We choose to go and party in Egypt forgetting the church programme and come out of there with a hangover.
What an example to others!
The decisions we make can lead us astray.
Here is Paul who was warned by a prophet that if he went to Jerusalem he should be bound and thrown into prison.
The prophet faithfully delivered the word and it was up to the apostle to take precautions since he was warned.
But Paul was willing to take risks for the sake of the gospel, even his brothers could not convince him.
If it were you and me, we would seek our safety or we would want to be more generous to others.
Let’s just know that many are dying, the needy are many, so there is no need to hide or run away.
According to Paul, taking risks for Jesus is less dangerous than going to prison.
Ephesians, 5:15 – Take heed therefore to behave circumspectly, not as fools but as wise;
Fast and pray to behave wisely.
Here is a warning for us.
We must know how to walk,
Let us walk carefully as Christians, Let us go forward with care,
let’s not run headlong into it,
Let’s just be careful with every step we take.
We are Christians and the Bible says that God renews our minds every morning,
Please let Jesus impose his will on us.
Good morning to all
Good day to you
