We can not speak of authority without speaking of courage, firmness, determination. Without zeal, we will not achieve anything, so even if we are paralyzed, unable to make good choices, remember who we are and believe in, rely on Jesus to face the future and keep faith. Deuteronomy 1:29 – I say to you, Do not be afraid, and do not be afraid of them. This is information given, a directive to follow. Even if our worries are stronger than us, even if the promises are slow to come, even if our enemies are still in their manigances, the Lord asks us not to look at that, not to panic … because he is in control. Action asked always requires courage especially if it will cause pain. And we Christians, this word is addressed to us personally, we are afraid of everything, a fly can not rest in peace, someone can not talk quietly, we are always ready to judge, to criticize and to be afraid we see the devil everywhere, we let the devil give us the direction to follow. Fear is not from God. This morning’s lesson makes us understand that to be winners, we must wear courage, strength and authority. Without this courage, we are weak and the enemy will continue to walk on us.
