When the disappointment is there, our faith takes a hit, we lose our footing, we have no more references, we do not know what to do, we lose confidence in ourselves, we even doubt the promises of God for some of us but let us know that at this moment, we need a new vision, a new idea, a new breath, a new hope, a new energy a new light.
Nobody can bring it to us except Jesus, nobody can renew our look at the disappointing situations that we know.
To retreat on oneself, to have bitterness, to revolt … advance nothing.
When nothing meets our expectations, when we are going through dark moments, when our hearts are pinned in sadness and we are on the verge of depression, let us remember the God of light, the one who helps us to get out of the mess in which we are.
Let us contact the Lord with our prayers, implore his light.
To have access to the glory of God means to surrender oneself, to be in one’s presence, to receive extraordinary things from him, to live for him.
Our passage draws from Psalms 36:10 – For with you is the source of life; By your light we see the light.
Ask the Lord to make you see his light.
The light of God, the light of God …
The light God is the one who transforms our lives, makes us shine.
When this light is with us, we can experience our glorious God, perfect in everything, stable, constant, he has weight, he is clear and precise.
His light distinguishes us, the men we had limits, his light lifts us when everything handicaps us, he has no equal, it is unique in its kind. The light of the Lord accompanies us each time we move, the light of God lines our ways and remove us from danger, we have an assurance, we can rely with confidence because its light is there.
Pray to see the light build us, strengthen and renew us.
Pray that the joy and love of the Lord will help us to fulfill His purposes in our lives.
