My Month Of Increase! Deut1:11

David had been a shepherd, he knows from experience the care that a shepherd takes of his sheep.
He had the responsibility to protect the herd from danger, to defend it and to graze it.
Sheep are vulnerable, weak and need to be taken care of.
*To take care* is to be attentive, it is to watch, it is to help, to contribute, to protect, to assist, to reach out and that is what the Lord wants to do for each one of us.
Let us learn to unburden ourselves on our Father, to trust him.
The difficulty we experience should not make us doubt God’s love.
The Bible tells us that we are the apple of the eye of the Lord, he knows what we need, he is aware of our expectations and our aspirations and he is able to respond to us.
A sheep does not care about anything, she knows that her master is there for her, and relies completely on him.
The sheep does not worry, the shepherd takes care of it, bandages its wounds.
We have Daniel’s story.
The Lord took care of him when he was cast into the lion’s den.
Daniel refused to compromise himself, he did not want to betray his God in the midst of the laws of men and he chose to continue to trust in the God of his fathers.
Because Daniel was a faithful servant, because the Lord is more important than his life, he decided to honor Yaweh and his reward was great.
The scriptures tell us that God sent an angel to shut the mouths of the lions and they did him no harm.
We only want to tell ourselves that the Lord takes care of us, he never abandons us, he is always there to help us.
Nehemiah 9:21 – For forty years you provided for them in the wilderness, and they lacked nothing, their clothes did not wear out, and their feet were not swollen.
The Lord is more than able to take excellent care of your person.
In a desert, everything is dry, barren, difficult, but the Lord made many Israelites cross there in complete safety.
So many years in a lost place, with the same clothes, no illness and with guaranteed food.
After that, how is it possible to doubt that God can take care of us?
He cared for Israel and provided for them.
Israel was not even convinced that God could do this for him if he completely surrendered.
As a result, they were a disobedient, idolatrous people.
So, no matter our problem and the confusion in which we are, let us wait faithfully on Jesus, he will give us wisdom, knowledge, and sufficient grace to go through these trials.
He’s our daddy
he is our protector, he is our redeemer.
Let us give him thanks for his greatness and his love.
So, let’s elevate his name.
And recognize that we depend on him.
And we submit to him.
His name alone clears the way.
May the glory be yours alone, Hosana.
Thank you Lord.
hello to us
Have a good day
