My Month Of Sharing ! He13:16

Pleasing the Lord must be our goal today.
We have spent the year doing what we want, choosing according to our will, and every time, we have fallen,
we have fallen into distraction,
we have fallen off the path of Jesus and found ourselves alone, empty.
We want to offer to try on our Jesus, to struggle to please him a little, to let him mould us into a beautiful shape.
The prodigal son made his own choices.
While his father was alive, he asked for his share of the inheritance, what was rightfully his, and went to waste.
Perhaps he wanted to show his autonomy and independence, he surely wanted to prove to his father that he is responsible and can do it alone.
We can see that the prodigal son did not want to work for his Father, he had a problem with submission.
The Bible tells us that in his madness, he squandered everything because he had no guidance, no support, no reference point, no objective.
Unable to bear the wandering, he went back to his father’s feet to ask his forgiveness and promise to work to please him from now on.
Let us not make the same mistakes, let us get out of our backward thinking and break everything that keeps us in hardness of heart.
To please the Lord is to behave in a certain way, to trust him, to be pleasing to him.
Philippians, 2:2 – make my joy perfect, being of one mind, one love, one soul, one thought.
Fast and pray to please the Lord.
Without Christian unity, without sincere humility, without complete self-denial, we will not be victorious.
The Philippians must make Paul happy by being united, thinking one thing and standing together.
Pleasing the Lord must be the concern of each of us.
This is what opens the door to glory.
Good morning to all
Good day to you
