My Month Of Sharing ! He13:16

We are in a century where appearances come first,
where we have to fight to be attractive and in the forefront,
where we want to be looked upon with appreciation.
We always want to be seen,
We like others to know that we did it,
That without us, nothing can work,
That others depend on us.
Let us understand that everything we do to be righteous, we do not do in front of men to be noticed.
Almsgiving is an act of love and doing it in the sight of God will help us to preserve their value.
This act pleases the Lord and releases our reward.
Do not give alms to show that we are good people or to look good, it dilutes the essence of the action.
Matthew, 6:2 – When you give alms, therefore, do not sound the trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, so that they may be glorified by men. Truly I tell you, they receive their reward.
Avoid telling others about your acts of kindness.
The Lord warns us against giving alms in public.
What good is it for us to be grateful to others?
Can it get us into the kingdom of heaven?
On the contrary, it keeps us away from it and makes us sink into pride.
So let us honour the word of God.
Let us love it.
And let us obey it.
To the Father be the glory.
Good morning to us
Good day to you
