My Month Of Prayers ! 1Pe4:7

We all have a problem when we are employed in a company and we are there for a long time,
We face laziness when we are married for years and have children,
Sometimes we think we have secured our interests in repetitive work.
Sometimes we think we have secured our interests in the face of repetitive work. This is what we do, we relax, we think we have the upper hand, we think we are in control, we think we are indispensable and we lose our vigilance.
This is also how our spiritual life works.
Habit kills vigilance.
Vigilance prevents us from living in illusions,
in contentment,
in self-satisfaction.
To be vigilant,
is to be lucid, to know the will of God,
it is knowing how to keep silence,
it is to keep watch.
We are too scattered, especially since we are in this era of speed, of the instantaneous.
We want everything there, we no longer take time in the presence of God, we are always running, everything is done to keep us in distraction,
Everything is done to keep us distracted and unfocused.
In any case, the Lord advises us to control everything around us, to make sure that the serpent has not attached itself to our life,
to be concerned about others,
to check that we are not missing out on our inheritance,
to be mindful of the Lord’s principles.
Matthew, 26:41 – Watch and pray, that you do not enter into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.
Pray to remain vigilant.
This is a command from the Lord.
Watching is not enough without prayer.
The two go together.
Being on guard without prayer is not enough.
We do not avoid temptations by ourselves, not by our own strength.
Without Jesus to sustain us, without the spirit of God dwelling in us, we will always be running away but we will always fall before Bathsheba or we will not be embarrassed to conspire against our brother because he is better than us.
We may have the will to overcome sin and run away but if Jesus does not preserve us, it will be difficult.
It is therefore important to add prayer to vigilance if we want to be victorious.
Good morning to all
Good day to you
