My Month Of Prayers ! 1Pe4:7

When was the last time we took time for others?
Do we know how to carry the burden of others?
Jesus is love and love is his advice to us.
Love means sharing, communion and praying for others.
Let us not be insensitive,
Let us not be selfish,
Let us think of those who need a shoulder, a support, our generosity.
We are so focused on ourselves that we don’t even realize that others need us.
The Bible tells us that Peter was in a community and because of the Gospel he was thrown into prison.
But the good news is that the church did not sit idly by.
All the believers mobilized to pray for Peter, they prayed with intensity and strength, with effectiveness.
Their prayer immediately broke the chains and Peter was freed by an angel.
Beloved, the Lord says this morning to pray for the beloved.
Who is the beloved?
It is others,
It is the neighbor,
It is a neighbor,
It is a man of God,
It is a colleague…
We are talking about intercessory prayer, prayer for others which is above all an act of love generated by the Holy Spirit.
Philippians, 1:19 – For I know that it will work out to my salvation through your prayers and the help of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,
Pray for your beloved ones.
For Paul, no matter how Jesus is proclaimed, it is good to know that others are in the gap for the mission.
Knowing that others are praying for us gives us strength to continue and knowing that the Lord is at work is a great assurance.
So let’s honor God’s word and pray for our loved ones.
Good morning to all
Good day to you
