My Month of wisdom ! Pr3:13

When we are acclaimed or appreciated for a situation or an action, we are happy because we are called wise, thoughtful, visionary.
But we should also know that it is important to test our wisdom to see if it is wisdom from above or wisdom from below.
The Gibeonites used trickery in front of Joshua and Israel to avoid being driven out of Canaan, they said that they are a people from afar and they need help.
This is how they made Israel promise to let them live among them.
For the people of Gibeon, this is a success, they got what they wanted, they were strategic and many of us find this idea wise.
We should know that speaking softly with an appearance of wisdom does not make us discerning.
It is having consideration for others in our decisions that makes the difference.
Wisdom from below is carnal,
it brings disorder, it is bitter and creates frustration.
What comes out of our mouths reflects what is in our hearts, our wisdom.
In all situations in our lives, we need wisdom from above.
Sometimes we want to respond quickly and we engage our emotions,
our concerns,
our interests…
James, 3:17 – Wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceful, moderate, conciliatory, full of mercy and good fruit, free from duplicity, hypocrisy.
Pray for divine wisdom to be illustrated in your life.
Wisdom from above is without ulterior motive,
it is unbiased, it bears good fruit.
The wisdom of heaven calls us to move from theory to practice and is transparent.
God grants this wisdom to those who place their trust in his son Jesus Christ.
To lack wisdom from above is to lack spiritual maturity.
Lord, help us.
Give us the wisdom that comes from you.
And may our lives be a testimony to your glory.
Here we are at your feet, fill us, Father.
Good morning to all
Good day to you
