My Month Of Victory ! 1Co15:57

Beloved, in the scriptures we have a woman, the first and only judge in the book of Judges.
Her name is Deborah.
Deborah basically had her ministry,
she had her calling,
she was a prophetess and she worked in her corridor,
she helped the people who consulted her and shared God’s thoughts with them.
Next to her was Barak, the general of the armies, the one who was supposed to be a judge.
In those days, there were no women in the army, so it was up to Barak to take on this role.
The Bible tells us that Sisera’s army had been oppressing the children of Israel for twenty years.
While Deborah was crying out to the Lord to raise up someone to take them out of this situation, Barak was refusing his call.
Deborah was at her post, Barak was running away.
He felt incapable of leading the army of Israel and defeating the enemy.
Barak, if you don’t want your calling,
God will give it to someone else who is available.
Barak, if you refuse the grace that is in your life, God will entrust it to another who is ready to answer the call.
This is how the Lord adds the anointing of Deborah,
that’s how the extra grace locates her.
The Lord has already set everything free in terms of strategies, means and people, but no one is ready to carry it out.
Barak knows that it is Deborah who carries the presence of God, the grace of God.
It is she who has the strength and courage to face up to situations, so Barak asks for Deborah’s presence to go to war.
What interests us this morning is that Israel has won the war against Sisera and Yael is going to kill him to fulfil Deborah’s prophecy that victory will be given in the hands of a woman.
Israel rejoiced, Deborah sang new songs, Israel took courage.
A mighty man has fallen,
A hero is vanquished,
a lion is dead.
Israel, which was afraid, is delivered,
Israel who was threatened is free,
Israel who was afraid is strong.
We give thanks to the Lord.
Judges, 5:13 – Then a remnant of the people triumphed over the mighty; The Lord gave me victory over the mighty.
Fast and pray to triumph over heroes.
When the Lord is for us,
Who will be against us?
By the hand of the Lord, giants fall,
The mighty bow down,
Warriors are ashamed.
Jesus is the victory,
Jesus is the glory.
Thank you Father for this season.
May glory return to you.
Good morning to us
Good day to you
