My Month Of Victory! 1Co15:57

There are many of us who serve Jesus but we are still inclined towards the things of the world,
We read our Bibles, but we still cling to them,
We sing in church but our customs are still ingrained in us,
We say we have unshakeable faith but every time we face adversity, we panic.
Our families have managed to put it into the heads of certain people that if the village isn’t satisfied, we’re finished.
Yet we have a living God who is always present.
We have a Father who always gives us victory when we trust him.
David went to see if everything was OK with his brothers.
When he arrives, he finds that the war that was between two countries has become a challenge.
Goliath challenges Israel; he is there for the cause of the Philistines.
A man was needed to confront him.
David puts himself forward, but his brother Eliab underestimates him and prevents him from making a decision.
Eliab has no alliance with the Lord; he thinks that because he and David are in the same house, they are the same,
He thinks that having the same father puts them on the same level.
David knows that his God is called the Lord of hosts,
he relies on him,
He trusts him and depends on him.
When we depend on God, we know his will,
When we depend on the Lord, we know how to stay in his presence,
When we depend on Yaweh, we know how to be grateful.
Psalms, 20:7 – Already I know that the Lord saves his anointed; He will answer him from heaven, from his holy dwelling place, With the mighty help of his right hand.
Psalms 20:8 – These lean on their chariots, and these on their horses; but we call on the name of the LORD our God.
Fast and pray to depend only on the Lord in the face of adversity.
David is aware that the Lord never abandons his servant,
he surrounds his anointed with his armour because Yaweh knows that his children expect him, they do not seek human security but his own.
So let us lift up God.
He is faithful.
Good day to you all
Good day to you
