My Month Of Honor! Jn12:26

The Bible tells us that the Lord asked Joseph to flee to Egypt until he spoke to him because Herod wanted to kill the baby Jesus.
How many times have we left a job
a marriage,
a country without the Lord having spoken to us?
We have risked so much to take pride in it,
We have made our own decisions without taking our God into account, and everything around us has been shaken, and we know it.
Joseph, Jesus’ parent, was confident,
He knew what his God had told him,
He trusted him and was in communion with him,
So he waited for Herod to die as the Lord had foretold.
Our point this morning is that to be sensitive to God’s voice, we must remain in prayer,
we must be attached to the word of God.
Let us know that Yaweh is ready to destroy our enemies so that his will may be done.
Yes, the devil never admits defeat, he always develops strategies to suffocate us, but it is those who are attached to the Lord who benefit from his blessings.
When Herod saw that he had been thwarted by the Magi, he became very angry and sent to kill all the children aged two and under who were in Bethlehem and throughout the country.
Do we understand the danger we can run when we are not attached to the Lord?
the devil is prepared to sacrifice thousands of innocent lives to destroy just one Christian.
Despite the wars,
kidnappings,
rapes,
accidents,
robberies, only those who are attached to Christ will live.
Proverbs, 8:18 – With me are riches and glory, Enduring wealth and righteousness.
Attach yourself more to the Lord in order to obtain his benefits.
We may seek stability in this world,
We may focus our energies on the vain things of earth,
No matter how much people cheer and adore us, we will always be empty and useless because we don’t have Jesus.
Jesus is the guarantee of a quiet life,
he has in his hands the assurance that we wear ourselves out day after day to have.
Everything that gives us pleasure on this earth in no way brings us eternal life, it’s all in vain,
ephemeral,
fleeting,
momentary,
temporary…
On the other hand, if we abide in Jesus,
he will abide in us, and whatever we ask for
he will grant us.
Let us let the Father be our priority,
let the Lord be our guide,
Let him saturate our thoughts and let us honour him.
We will certainly experience the fullness of his spirit.
Good day to you
Good day to you
