My Month Of Possession! Job42:12

Let’s see us boast that we are wise because we have succeeded in a coup with our bad faith.
Let us see how we can revel in the joy of a moment when we think we are clever by our miscalculations.
We sometimes get a taste of satisfaction when we’ve managed to trick others into doing what we want.
And we call the way we manage and the way we behave wisdom.
And we don’t know how we got so low.
We use the wisdom of men and we feel accomplished but let us tell ourselves that it is madness.
Our strategies make no sense.
The Bible tells us that the Gibeonites went to Israel,
they met Joshua and made him believe they were a people from afar.
They disguised themselves to show compassion, and set off with their travel provisions,
they took everything that was old, torn and ragged.
They made Joshua believe things and they want to make an alliance with Israel.
All because the Gibeonites had learned how Israel had treated Jericho and Ai.
History also tells us that Israel received them without consulting the Lord and made peace with them.
Three years after the covenant was made, the children of Israel learned that they were a neighbouring people.
Israel could no longer do anything because of their word, otherwise it would be struck down by the wrath of the Lord.
But the Gibeonites were employed to cut wood and draw water for the whole assembly.
They were condemned to servitude.
The cunning we call wisdom can play tricks on us.
In any case, we are invited to pray for wisdom.
Solomon prayed for wisdom,
He realised that his position and his diplomas could not solve his problems.
So he prayed and fasted, and as he knew that to seal a blessing, it must be accompanied by a sacrifice.
So he offered burnt offerings to the Lord.
The Lord wants to give us the wisdom we need,
he wants to give us the spirit of discernment,
He wants us to be wise children, so this is what he offers us.
Proverbs, 16:16 – How much better it is to acquire wisdom than gold! How much better it is to acquire understanding than money!
Pray for more wisdom.
Those who simplify wisdom are fools,
Those who value the material are fools.
The fruits of the spirit introduce us to greatness.
Being wise attracts kings to come and celebrate us,
Being wise drives us to our treasures.
So let’s be wise and pray to God to help us achieve glory.
Good day to you all
Good day to you
