My Month Of Prosperity! 3Jn1:2

There was a famine in the land, in addition to the first famine in Abraham’s time. Isaac went to Abimelech, king of the Philistines, in Gerar.
The famine represents difficult times, challenges, blockages, hold-ups…
We find ourselves in situations where we don’t know what to do, where to go… Often, when these difficult times come, we resort to what our fathers did, or we try to go where things are going well in order to survive.
Then the Lord appeared to him and said, “Do not go down to Egypt; dwell in the land that I will tell you.
Since God already knew that Isaac would think of going down to Egypt like Abraham, he asked him to stay and he will bless him.
So this is God’s promise to Isaac: “Stay in this land, and I will be with you and bless you, for I will give all these lands to you and your descendants, and I will keep the oath I swore to Abraham your father.
Isaac stayed in Gerar.
Isaac sowed in that land, and this year he reaped a hundredfold; for the Lord blessed him.
This man became rich, and he got richer and richer, until he became very rich.
The country we were going to settle in could either bring us abundance or empty us of everything we have!
We should note that Isaac did not collect the hundredfold on the same day, nor in the same month, nor during the quarter or half-year, but in the same year.
Many of us get discouraged before the blessing of the Lord is multiplied,
we give up short of the goal, of our harvest.
So we want to call ourselves to perseverance. Isaac was always looking for water, in other words, the word of God.
These businesses that don’t work
if we follow God’s instructions, if we stay where he asks us to stay, if we work with perseverance,
we will certainly reap our harvest a hundredfold.
This whole story is to tell us that the Lord knows how to give us joy in our endeavours.
He knows how to comfort us and reward us for our hard work.
Psalms, 128:2 – Then you will enjoy the work of your hands; you will be happy and prosperous.
Pray that your undertakings will bring you joy.
As joint heirs with Christ, prosperity is attached to us.
We don’t have to toil to prosper because Christ acquired everything for us at the cross.
All we have to do now is position ourselves as children of the Father to claim what is ours.
Good day to you all
Good day to you all
