My Month Of Sharing ! He13:16

We are the bride of Christ, and like all wives, we have a role to play, we have responsibilities.
The wives of presidents and authorities are involved in humanitarian work, helping the needy.
As the King’s wife, we must embrace the duties attached to our rank by helping widows and orphans in their distress and not be defiled by the world.
Let us open our hearts to be sensitive to those in need.
We are the bride who is the church and the Lord wants a bride without spot, wrinkle or any such thing.
If we do not make the effort to be at the level of the Lord, to please Him, to attract Him, to seduce Him, how can we expect the bridegroom to feel happy with us?
The bridegroom will find it difficult to move and blossom because we do not know how to be generous or warm.
We do not know how to give love to others and our hearts are closed.
In the Bible, the book of Philemon also tells us that what we do for God must be done willingly and with a good heart.
Philemon, a Christian from the city of Colosse and a close friend of the apostle Paul, had Onesimus as a slave.
Onesimus had committed an act of theft against his master and had fled to the city of Rome.
And it was in Rome that Onesimus met Paul who was imprisoned for his preaching.
Paul tells the slave the good news and he is led away, and Onesimus is converted.
Soon he is useful in Paul’s hands.
The Bible says that the apostle could not continue to let Onesimus be of service to him, so Paul wrote a letter to Philemon, sending Onesimus back to him and begging him to forgive him because he had become a brother in Christ.
We need to do acts of charity to express our love.
1 John 3:17 – If anyone has the goods of the world and sees his brother in need and closes his heart to him, how does the love of God remain in him?
Prove the Lord of God that is in you by helping the needy.
Jesus was always sensitive to the needs of others, we must strive to do the same.
If we do not have the financial means, let us give of our time, go and visit lonely and abandoned people.
Let us give and we will be given an extra measure.
Good morning to us
Good day to you
